My parents had a fish fry yesterday 4/20/13 & I wanted to make a dessert for them, so I decided on something with apples that my Dad would love. Of course, this recipe ended up being perfect for the occasion. Everyone loved it and it was super simple to make. I did make this in my Ninja; however, I am sure it can be cooked in the oven too. Recipe from my Ninja Cookbook with a few alterations of my own.
