Ingredients For impossible cheeseburger pie -- gluten free

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 3/4 c
    biscuit mix -- i used bob's red mill
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 can
    diced tomatoes drained -- or 2 sliced tomatoes
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make impossible cheeseburger pie -- gluten free

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees

    Grease pie plate.

    Brown onions and and beef. Drain and rinse the grease off ... place in the bottom of pie plate .

    Beat milk, eggs, and biscuit mik till smooth. pour over beef and onions in pie plate.

    Drain can of tomatoes completely .. or slice if using the fresh ones.

    Bake 25 minutes. Remove from oven and place tomatoes on top then cover with shredded cheese. Put back in the oven for additional 5 - 8 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
