Ingredients

  • 1 c
    frozen mixed veggies, thawed
  • 1 c
    cubed, cooked left-over turkey
  • 1/2 c
    fat-free condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c
    chicken broth
  • 1/2 c
    bisquick heart healthy mix
  • 1/8 tsp
    poultry seasoning
  • 1/3 c
    fat-free milk

How to Make Healthy turkey pot pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 400. Spray a 1-quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In microwaveable bowl, stir together veggies, turkey, soup, and broth. Microwave for 3 mins.
  2. In bowl, stir together remaining ingredients until blended. Pour veggie mix into casserole dish. Pour bisquick mix over veggie mix.
  3. Bake, uncovered 2-25 min, or until light brown.
