I'm a mint oreo freak, I love them. So I thought I'd make a pie out of them...yummo!

Ingredients For easy peasy mint oreo pie

1ready oreo pie shell

18oz tub of cool whip

1 pkg8oz cream cheese, softened

1 tsppeppermint extract

1 csugar
-
24mint oreos, crushed

7drops of green food coloring
How To Make easy peasy mint oreo pie

1In a mixing bowl combine softened cream cheese and sugar, mix on medium speed until creamed together. Add cool whip by the dollups slowly and mix well. Add peppermint extract and green food coloring, continue to mix well. Add crushed mint oreos, mix until completely blended. (I put oreos in a large ziplock bag and crush with a meat tenderizer or hammer).

2Pour mixture into ready oreo pie shell. Smooth evenly creating a nice swirl on the top...put in refrigerator for 2 hours to set. Serve and enjoy! Easy Peasy!
