4 cfresh or frozen whole cranberries

1 1/4 csugar

1 Tbspcornstarch

1/4 tspcinnamon

1/8 tspnutmeg

1/4 tspsalt

1/2 tsporange or tangerine zest

3/4 cchopped walnuts
- CRUMB TOPPING

2/3 cflour
-
1/4 cbrown sugar

1/8 tspsalt

3 Tbspbutter, softened
How To Make cranberry walnut crumb pie

1Mix dry filling ingredients (except fruit and nuts) together in a bowl.

2Add cranberries, orange/tangerine zest and walnuts to bowl and toss until well combined.

3Fill unbaked pie shell with cranberry mixture.

4Mix all crumb topping ingredients together until butter is combined and the mixture is a fine texture. Sprinkle on top of pie.

5Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until filling is bubbly and crumb topping is golden brown.
