1/4 c
chocolate milk
2 tsp
confectioners' sugar
1 tsp
pure vanilla extract
1 - 8 oz. pkg
cool whip, thawed
oreo pie crust

How to Make Chocolate Mousse Pie


  • 1Microwave chocolate & milk in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes; stir until chocolate is completely melted. Cool 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 2Add sugar & vanilla to cool whip; stir until well blended. Stir 1/2 into chocolate mixture. Add remaining cool whip mixture; mix lightly. Spoon into crust.
  • 3Refrigerate 4 hours.
  • 4Grate additional semi sweet chocolate; sprinkle over pie just before serving.
