This is a very fast and easy, no cook pie... ready in 2 hours chilling time! I first enjoyed this delicious pie in Florida, years ago at my sister-in-laws home. Years later,when I asked her for the recipe..she sent me this picture with the recipe that she had saved from a magazine avertisement... maybe from the early 80's. A pure delight! and no baking. Ingredients For beeried treasure pie ..(no-cook)

  • 1 pkg
    (8oz.) cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1
    graham cracker (ready) pie crust
  • 1 c
    halved fresh strawberries
  • 1 pkg
    dream whip...whipped topping mix
  • 1 pkg
    lemon flavor instant jell-o. pudding mix (4oz.)
  • 1 c
    milk

How To Make beeried treasure pie ..(no-cook)

    Beat cream cheese with 2 Tabl.sugar and 2 Tabl. milk,until smooth. Spread this cheese mix, evenly on bottom of pie crust. Arrange halved strawberries on cream cheese mixture. Prepare whipped topping mix with 1 cup of milk as directed on package for lemon pudding pie mix., fold in 1 cup of the pre-pared whipped topping. Spoon into the pie crust and chill for about 2 hours. Garnish with remaining whipped topping and remaining strawberries, if desired.
