Apples and Cream Pie
- 1 pkg
- (15 oz.) refrigerated, unbaked pie crusts
- 5 c
- sliced baking apples
- 1 c
- 1/4 c
- 1/2 tsp
- apple pie spice
- 2/3 c
- light cream
Place apples in the lined plate.
Mix sugar, flour and spice in medium bowl.
Stir in light cream. Pour over apples.
Place top crust over apples and cut slits in top crust.
Cover edge of crust with foil.
Brush crust with additional light cream.
