Ingredients For apples and cream pie

  • 1 pkg
    (15 oz.) refrigerated, unbaked pie crusts
  • 5 c
    sliced baking apples
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    apple pie spice
  • 2/3 c
    light cream

How To Make apples and cream pie

    Place 1 pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate. Place apples in the lined plate. Mix sugar, flour and spice in medium bowl. Stir in light cream. Pour over apples. Place top crust over apples and cut slits in top crust. Cover edge of crust with foil.

    Bake in 375 degree oven for 25 minutes. Remove foil. Brush crust with additional light cream.

    Bake an additional 20-25 minutes or until top is golden and apples are tender.
