you will need a large 13 x 9 glass baking dish. you don't want to use metal because the treats have a tendency take on the flavor of the pan. you need to butter the pan lightly.

if you use a 8 qt pot. please cut recipe in half as it will be hard to mix together other wise. I use a big stock or soup pot used for making large amounts of soup and sauces.

in large pot melt butter on medium to low heat. when melted and bubbly slowly add marsh mellows and continue to stir till completely melted. add 1/8 cup of vanilla non dairy creamer continue to stir till all marsh mellows are completely melted.

remove from heat and slowly add half the bag of vanilla chips, stir till almost melted. now stir in slowly the complete box of cereal. making sure to coat all. this will take the most time. so i mix in half the box then the rest of the chips and the rest of the cereal.

last i stir in the mini marsh mellows making sure to get them stirred in well. fold out into the 13 x 9 pan and press down tightly into pan (all of the mixture will fit) set aside to cool. cut into squares place in air tight container and enjoy.
