How to Make Sesame Balls
- Dry roast black sesame until a nutty aroma fills your nostrils. Keep it aside and let cool. Dry roast groundnuts. Let cool.
- Grind roasted ingredients into a course powder.
- Add palm sugar or brown sugar and grind the mixture again (one or two times).
- Now, add cardamom powder (optional) and ghee and mix well.
- Shape them into small / medium sized balls. Store them in an airtight container. Consume within few days for best taste.
