I can't get Irish oatmeal here, so I use Quaker, these are easy to make, no-cook and semi-healthy! A favorite with my kids. (alcohol free of course!)If you don't like walnuts, you can roll in melted chocolate or pretty much your topping of choice. If you want to add the Irish whiskey, use only 1 tablespoon of coffee instead of two. If the mix is too dry add a little more coffee, if too wet, add a little more oatmeal. You just need to experiment a little to get them the way you like them!!
