New Year's Noise Maker Mini Dessert Bites
1 pkgof 15 mini phyllo shells
8 oztub of sugar-free whipped topping, or regular, thawed
1 pkg( 3.5 oz) sugar-free or regular pistachio pudding mix
1/2 ccrushed fisher pistachios
1 pkg(1.2 oz) of red colored popping candies
How to Make New Year's Noise Maker Mini Dessert Bites
- Bake mini fillo shells according to pkg direction, then cool. Place cooled shells on a work surface.
- In a medium bowl, mix whipped topping and pistachio pudding mix until smooth and well-blended. Add nuts and blend well.
- Open a quart-sized plastic storage bag and fill a bottom corner with about 1/2 C of the mousse mixture. Snip a tiny opening in the corner point of the bag. Pipe the mousse in a swirl effect into each shell in equal amounts. Sprinkle tops with a little of the popping rocks candy bits.....and wait for the fun to start ! Serve immediately.
