This is a favorite recipe with everyone. Great for weddings or any special celebration or just a wonderful dessert. Best if made the day before eating!

Ingredients For hawaiian snowball dessert

1/2 csugar

1/2 stickbutter

1egg, yolk and white seperated

1/2 cdrained crushed pineapple

1/2 cchopped nuts
-
vanilla wafers
-
coconut
How To Make hawaiian snowball dessert

1Cream butter, sugar and egg yolk together.

2Add pineapple and chopped nuts

3Beat egg white stiffly and fold into mixture.

4Spread mixture between vanilla wafers using 4 wafers for each snowball.

5To serve,cover each with whipped cream and roll in coconut.

6Leave

7in refrigerator overnight.

8One package of coconut and 1/2 pint whipping cream equals 1 dozen
