Chocolate Raspberry Tart
2 cgraham crackers, crushed
1 cfudge stripe cookies
1 Tbspcinnamon sugar
6 Tbspbutter, melted
6 ozdark chocolate chips
8 ozsemi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cheavy cream, cold
10 ozred raspberries, frozen in syrup
4 Tbsplime juice
2 Tbsplime zest
How to Make Chocolate Raspberry Tart
Crush crackers by hand or blender.
Add to bowl and combine cinnamon and butter.
Place in a 10 inch tart and set in freezer to chill. About 10-15mins
In a sauce pan, combine frozen rapsberries, sugar, and lime juice. Cook on med heat for 10mins. Strain through a fine sieve.
Heat heavy cream on the stove until warm
Add chocolate to a bowl. Pour Heavy cream over chocolate and set for 1 min.
Pour in puree and whisk until combined
Pour filling into chilled tart. Set in freezer for 30-40mins. Then move to fridge for 2-4 Hours or until set
- Raspberries :
Place raspberries in a bowl.
Add lime juice and sprinkle with sugar
