It's a great sweet and tangy dessert that can be made in a number of different ways. I love it because I'm such a chocolate fan.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Sweet and tart, this is a special chocolate dessert. The tart is rich, smooth, and creamy with hints of raspberry flavor in every bite. We enjoyed this mix of dark and semi-sweet chocolate with the raspberry puree. The crust adds a hint of cinnamon to the tart that adds a whole different level of flavor. It reminds us of a raspberry dark chocolate truffle. Yum!
