I have always loved making up recipes with my homemade blackberry jam. I had an extra cream cheese and decided to see what I could come up with. I fell in love with this icing! Even my husband, who is not a blackberry fan, really liked my "concoction"

1combine all ingredients, mix well let stand for 5 minutes and spread thinly as this is a very rich, very sweet frosting. If you feel it is too thick you can add just a little milk to thin it up. (but not too much!) Will be enough for 12 cupcakes.
