The basic vanilla frozen yogurt recipe of yogurt , vanilla bean & Stevia, is my base then I add other nuts, fruits & or flavorings to make many different flavors of this delicious treat.

How to Make Vanilla Honey Almond Frozen Yogurt

Step-by-Step

  1. Slice the vanilla bean open lengthwise. Use the back of the knife to scrape out the vanilla caviar inside.
  2. Mix together the yogurt, vanilla caviar & the Stevia.
  3. Pour into your ice cream machine & process according to the manufacturer directions. Add the sliced almonds during the last two minutes. Scoop the yogurt out og the machine & into a plastic resealable container. Freeze for 30 minutes to get a firmer consistency. Drizzle a tablespoon of honey over the top before eating.
