At night is when I crave sweet and salty. So I started off with making brownies, and after cleaning out my pantry I came up with this yummy creation!!
Has just about everything that you would snack on if You get that sweet and salty craving like myself!!!
Looks like a lot to do, but actually its an easy semi-homemade dessert that doesn't require a lot of work or time. And its worth it!!
Would also be great for a party, just set up a brownie ice cream bar!

Ingredients

  • PRETZEL CRUST

  • 2 c
    crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 c
    room temp butter
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • BROWNIES

  • 1 box
    brownie mix
  • 1/3 c
    peanutbutter chips
  • FROSTING

  • 1 c
    chocolate frosting
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    peanut butter
  • TOPPINGS

  • ·
    potato chips, crushed
  • ·
    pretzels crushed
  • ·
    peanut butter pop tart chopped (or reese's cups)
  • ·
    vanilla ice cream
  • ·
    choc or peanut butter syrups

How to Make Pretzel PB Brownie Sundae

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Line 13x9 baking pan with foil. Melt butter. Mix in pretzels and sugar, stir in melted butter. Press in pan. Bake for 8 min, cool for 10 min.
  2. Make brownies according to box directions, adding 1/3 cup peanut butter chips.
    Carefully spread on pretzel crust and bake for 25 min.
    Let sit for 5 min.
  3. FROSTING
    Mix chocolate frosting with 2 tbsp peanut butter, and 2 tbsp milk.
    Frost brownies while still in dish warm.
  4. Crush together 1 cup or more pretzels with cup of chips.
    Rough chop pop tarts and or peanut butter cups.
    Sprinkle top of warm melted frosting.
    Let cool completely before cutting in squares.

    Place in dish, top with ice cream, and more toppings if you wish!
