How to Make Pink Grapefruit Sorbet (Crohn's Safe)
- 1Combine sugar, zest & water. Bring to boil. Remove from heat when sugar is dissolved. Add juices.
- 2Transfer sorbet mix to a storage container & refrigerate for 6 hours. Add lightly beaten egg white to mixture & mix thoroughly.
- 3Freeze sorbet mixture in freezer for 4 hours or longer before serving.
