  • 2 tsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp

How To Make kogiel mogiel (a fluffy egg desert from childhd)

Separate the egg yolk from the egg white very carefully, do not leave any of the white on the yolk. Put the egg yolk in to the glass you will serve it in. Whisk the egg yolk, sugar and vanilla sugar in a glass until very creamy, slowly add the lemon juice while mixing.

Beat the whites until completely stiff and fluffy. To ensure your foam stays the best add a tiny pinch of salt while whisking. Add the fluffy egg whites spoon-by-spoon in to the yolk cream until all the fluff is mixed and now you have only a fluffy yummy deliciousness in the glass.

You may also make the desert chocolate. Just mix the egg yolk with sugar, vanilla sugar and a 1/2 tsp of chocolate-instead of lemon juice. The best eggs for this are of course from the farm, I buy mine from my local farmer, not from the store. The yolks are orange and healthy. I see the chickens run and peck around the farm looking healthy and happy, every time I go there. They also taste so much better, than store bought. They taste like the eggs from my childhood. Try to find a farmer in your area and take your kids for a weekend drive. They will love it.
