Healthy Chocolate Ice Cream Treat
- 2 large avocados
- ½ cup plus 2 tablespoons splenda
- ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons hershey’s coco powder (or more to taste)
- 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
Blend until completely smooth. Scrape down sides if necessary with a spatula.
OR pour into metal loaf pan, cover tightly with plastic wrap and/or foil and refrigerate overnight.
