I bought myself a new Popsicle maker and decided to try it out. With this heat wave we are having these are going to hit the spot! Each popsicle holds 1/2 cup and all together the 6 moulds hold 3 cups. These aren't sweet, so if you want them sweeter add in some honey.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Round up the kids (young and old!) and get them involved in making these simple and delicious warm-weather treats. Despite all the coconut in the ingredients, the finished pops have just a hint of coconut flavor... perfectly refreshing!

HINT: If you have trouble finding coconut raspberry yogurt like we did, you can simply mix plain raspberry and plain coconut yogurt together to get the same effect.
