When my children were little I used to make Oreo Cookie Ice Cream. Over the years, I misplaced that recipe and I was so happy to find a similar recipe from Kevin & Amanda. So easy to make your own variations!

2 cheavy cream, cold

1-14 oz cansweetened condensed milk

3 Tbspbutter, melted

1/2-1 tsppeppermint extract

1 cmini chocolate chips

3-4 dashgreen food coloring
How To Make easy mint chocolate chip ice cream-no ice cream ma

1Combine sweet milk, butter, extract. Add green food coloring slightly darker green than you would like. Mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.

2In a seperate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in the sweetened condensed milk mixture.

3Pour into a two quart container and freeze. After two hours give the mixture a stir (gently folding). Freeze until set...approx 5 hours. I have halved the mixture into two loaf pans and it was ready in four hours.
