(20 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
How to Make Crushed Pineapple Sherbet
1In a bowl, combine all ingredients; stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour into a 9-inch square pan. Cover and freeze for 1-1/2 hours or until mixture begins to harden.
Stir and return to freezer. Freeze 3 to 4 hours longer, stirring occasionally, until firm. Remove from freezer 20 minutes before serving.
