This is a super quick way to make ice cream without an ice cream machine. This is a very popular recipe that I found on another site! I've made it many times in lots of different flavors and it always works perfectly! In my photo is my raspberry version that I topped with caramel!

Ingredients For 5 minute ice cream

10 ozfrozen fruit of your choice

1/4-1/2 cwhite sugar

1 chalf and half-i used fat free
How To Make 5 minute ice cream

1Combine the frozen fruit and sugar in a food processor or blender.

2Process until the fruit is roughly chopped. With the processor running, slowly pour in the heavy cream until fully incorporated.

3Spread into a plastic container with a lid and place in freezer for about 15 minutes or til slightly firm.

4Serve with your favorite toppings!
