Rae, a neighbor in my building, told me about this quick and so-easy dessert last week and I couldn't wait to try it. Her version used egg instead of butter. This little rollup is sweet and delicious and is something you can make in minutes if you need a dessert in a hurry. Other flavors of pie filling could also be used. 02-15-2018
