How to Make Pineapple Souffle
- Preheat oven to 350. Place the butter in an 8 by 8 glass pan and put in the oven while it is preheating.
- Beat eggs in a medium bowl.
- To the eggs add the sugar, milk, bread and the drained pineapple.
- Fold together and pour into the glass pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
