It is Peach season once again. Pulled this out of my recipe box. Have not made this since last season.

Ingredients For peach crisp for two

  • 2 md
    peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice

How To Make peach crisp for two

  • 1
    Spray small baking dish with Pam. Put peaches in baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice.

    Mix flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter with fork until mixture is crumbly.

    Press mixture on top of peaches
  • 4
    Bake at 350º for about 10 or until peaches are tender. Let cool slightly. Delicious topped with ice cream.
