Ingredients For no guilt apple crisp

  • 5 c
    fresh apples peeled and sliced
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar substitute (i used splenda)
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    apple pie spice
  • TOPPING:
  • 1/2 c
    rolled oats
  • 1/4 tsp
    apple pie spice
  • 1/4 c
    sugar substitute (i used splenda)
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter, softened

How To Make no guilt apple crisp

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together the apples, sugar substitute, lemon, apple pie spice. Transfer to a 2 quart baking dish.

    In medium bowl, add rolled oats, sugar substitute, apple pie spice, and butter. Mix together with fork until mixture resembles a coarse meal. Sprinkle over apple mixture.

    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is lightly browned. Serve with light whipped topping, if desired.
