no-bake cheesecake

Preparation for this No-Bake Cheesecake is quick and easy. I got the recipe online, and thought I could make it for one of our church's potlucks, but as yet, have not. Should you use a flavor of Greek Yogurt that you have no fresh fruit for, either leave the topping off or use a fruit to complement or part of a can of canned fruit as a topping. Graham cracker crusts do not need to be baked. Pie should be cut in 6-8 pieces, and it can be doubled if you want to make more.

Ingredients For no-bake cheesecake

  • 8 oz
    cool whip tub
  • 1 sm
    container flavored greek yogurt
  • 1
    graham cracker pie crust

How To Make no-bake cheesecake

    In small bowl, combine Cool Whip and any flavor Greek Yogurt. Stir together bringing fruit up from bottom of yogurt container.

    When creamy, pour and scrape the Cool Whip/Greek Yogurt combination into the Graham Cracker pie crust. Chill for 2-3 hours.

    When ready to serve, cut pie into 6-8 pieces, and place fresh fruit to match the flavor of yogurt used on the top of each piece, and serve. (If pie is made with cherry yogurt, use Maraschino cherries on top, and warn guests that there are pits in the cherries.) Otherwise, use fresh fruit to complement the flavor mixed with the Cool Whip, and enjoy.
