We grew up with Rhubarb Sauce on bread! Now we put it on cakes with whip cream for dessert or over cottage cheese for a great lunch treat. We never get tired of it.

Ingredients For instant pot - rhubarb sauce

  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 3 c
    rhubarb, sliced
  • 1 tsp
    lemon zest, grated
  • 1/8 tsp
    nutmeg (optional)

How To Make instant pot - rhubarb sauce

    Put rhubarb in steamer basket with 1 cup water. Cook on LOW for 4 minutes followed by natural release for 6 more minutes.

    Scoop out rhubarb and add sugar and lemon. Mix well and ready to eat!
