Cinnamon and apples. Mmmmm This recipe is from Betty Crocker. Who doesn't like the Impossible pies?

Here's a double-the-goodness recipe that will serve 15.

**I prefer to use sweet apples, like Fuji and cut back on the granulated sugar, or you can use sugar substitutes to make it good for diabetics.
