This is a great summer "salad". I make it for dessert when we have the family over for a BBQ. It's a refreshing change from most desserts. Some close friends have added red and green whole grapes to this recipe and it tastes great!

Ingredients For gram's 5-cup salad

  • 1 can
    mandarin orange sections, drained (11 oz)
  • 1 can
    pineapple chunks, drained (8 1/2 oz)
  • 1 c
    coconut, flaked or shredded
  • 1 c
    marshmallows, small
  • 1 c
    sour cream

How To Make gram's 5-cup salad

    In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Makes 6-8 servings.
