You could add anytime of fruit and yogurt, I did one with fruit, granola and yogurt very good and healthy. How long it takes depends on the child, it is so much fun for them to make something healthy. Now for me to do another with them.

Ingredients For frozen fruit pops

    banana cut
  • 1
    tube yogurt
  • small paper cups
  • craft sticks

How To Make frozen fruit pops

  • 1
    Place a banana slice into the bottom of each paper cup and push a craft stick ( I use Popsicle stick) firmly into the fruit.

    Add yogurt until the cup is almost full.

    Adult: Place the filled cups on a rimmed cookie sheet and put into the freezer for at least 2 hours.
  • 4
    Peel off the paper cup and enjoy your "fro-gurt" treat. Use a different fruit and yogurt next time!
