This is a dessert favorite and perfect for summer potlucks. You can make this with fresh or canned peaches, but I prefer to make this with fresh peaches.

Ingredients

  • COMBINE PEACHES AND SUGAR. IF USING CANNED PEACHES JUST DRAIN PEACHES DO NOT ADD SUGAR

  • 3 c
    peeled and sliced peaches fresh or canned
  • 1/2 c
    sugar (do not use if using canned peaches)
  • MELT BUTTER OR MARGARINE IN 13X9 PAN

  • 1 stick
    butter or margarine
  • BATTER: MIX THE FOLLOWING DRY INGREDIENTS AND ADD MILK (OK IF LUMPY)

  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 c
    milk

How to Make Easy Peach Cobbler

Step-by-Step

  1. Pour batter mix over melted butter, then add peaches and bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes until cobbler is golden brown.
