Ingredients For dulce de leche phyllo cups

  • 2 oz
    neufchatel, softened
  • 2 Tbsp
    dulce de leche
  • 1 Tbsp
    sour cream
  • 1 pkg
    frozen mini phyllo shells (2.1 oz. 15 shells)
  • 1/3 c
    fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp
    diced mangoes

How To Make dulce de leche phyllo cups

  • 1
    In a medium bowl, beat the Neufchatel with an mixer on low speed, until creamy.

    Beat in Dulce de Leche and sour cream until blended.
  • 3
    Spoon Neufchatel mixture into each phyllo cup.
  • 4
    Top each cup with strawberries and mango. Chill to firm up.
