Ingredients
- 1 loaf white bread, crust removed
- 8 ounces cream cheese, low-fat
- 1 x large egg yolk
- 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon, ground
- 3/4 cup butter
- GARNISH (OPTIONAL):
- light or sugar free pie filling, any fruit will do
- cool whip free
How To Make cinnamon cream cheese egg rolls

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Flatten bread with a rolling pin (this takes the place of the wontons).

Step 3In a standing mixer with paddle, add cream cheese, yolk & confectioners'; combine well.

Step 4In a medium bowl, combine sugar & cinnamon; set aside. In a microwave safe bowl, melt butter in mircowave; set aside.

Step 5Spread 1 tbsp cheese mixture on each slice bread & roll up.

Step 6Dip in melted butter, then in cinnamon sugar mixture & place on ungreased baking sheet.

Step 7Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden. Serve with fruit filling on top & a dollop of cool whip free, if desired.
