4-5 mediumapples, granny smith, diced small

1/2 stickbutter, divided

1/4 capple jelly

2 tspcinnamon

·caramel sauce

12 smalltortilla shells, flour (6 inch)

TOPPING FOR THE TAQUITOS & SERVE WITH

1-2 Tbspbutter, melted

2 Tbspsugar

1 1/2 tspcinnamon

·ice cream, vanilla

·chocolate sauce, (optional)

·more caramel sauce, heat this up
How to Make Caramel Apple Pie Taquitos
- Melt down the other 1/4 cup of butter in your pan that you are going to cook them in. Place your rolled apple taquitos in pan tightly up against one another. Once finished brush a little melted butter on to the tortillas and add your blended cinnamon/sugar mixture for the topping. You want these to cook so they get a crispy on the outside and nicely heated throughout. About 20 minutes on 350 degrees.
