Ingredients

  • DOUGH

  • 3/4 c
    margarine
  • 1 c
    brown sugar, packed
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 1/2 c
    oat meal, uncooked
  • 6 c
    apple slices
  • TOPPING

  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 2 Tbsp
    margarine

How to Make Apple Pizza Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Dough: Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in egg. Add combined dry ingredients and mix well. Spread into greased 14" pizza pan(or 15 1/2"x10 1/2" jelly roll pan). Arrange apples in pan on batter.
  2. Topping: Combine dry ingredients. Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over apples. Bake 400* for 30-35 minutes or until apples are tender. Cut into wedges and serve warm or cold.
