I have never made monkey bread until today I wasn't going to put fruit in this dish had some to use, so I decided to add apples, I would like to make this monkey bread with other fruit too

Pressure Cooker/Instant Pot

Ingredients

  • 2 tube(s)
    grands pillsbury cinnamon rolls
  • 1 stick
    smart balance butter(melted)
  • 6 pkg
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    heavy whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 c
    maple syrup
  • 6
    apples(diced)

How to Make Apple Cinnamon Monkey Bread

Step-by-Step

  1. Turn pressure cooker on low temperature cooking spray pan with butter cooking spray add butter to melt.
  2. cut each cinnamon roll in 8 pieces drizzle with 1/2 of the maple syrup. peel dice apples mix eggs , whipping cream ,cinnamon , vanilla extract add mixture and apples
  3. cook on low 4 hours open pressure cooker and drizzle maple syrup on bread , spread icing from cinnamon rolls on top
