The surprise in this avocado surprise is that it is made into a sweet dessert!
I was never very into avocados. Then my friend from Brazil taught me that where she comes from they are eaten as dessert and to put sal on them is very forgien.

How to Make Avocado Surprise

Step-by-Step

  1. half your avocado and remove the pit
  2. scarping down from the sides, smush your avocado around until smooth in consistency and so it's only a little lumpy
  3. add your 1-2 TBS of sugar for each half, then add your lime juice a little at a time, stirring to make sure it's well incorporated.
    Half a lime for each half
  4. and there you have it, a healthy sweet dessert alternative that's perfect for summer.
