How to Make Avocado Surprise

  1. half your avocado and remove the pit
  2. scarping down from the sides, smush your avocado around until smooth in consistency and so it's only a little lumpy
  3. add your 1-2 TBS of sugar for each half, then add your lime juice a little at a time, stirring to make sure it's well incorporated.
Half a lime for each half
  4. and there you have it, a healthy sweet dessert alternative that's perfect for summer.
