3 cpecans, chopped
3/4 cdark corn syrup
3 largeeggs, slightly beaten
2 Tbspbutter, melted
1-1/2 pkg(8oz) frozen tart shells
How to Make MINI PECAN PIES
- Preheat oven to 350.
Toast pecans 8-10 minutes
- Stir together sugar and corn syrup.
Stir in eggs, pecans, and next 3 ingredients
- Spoon about 1/4 cup pecan mixture in each tart shell
Place filled shells on baking sheet.
- Bake 350 for 25-30 minutes or until set.
Remove to wire rack and cool completely.
- Store in airtight container for up to 3 days.
