This is a really simple take on peach cobbler. My family loves to throw this in the oven as were sitting down for dinner so that we have a warm and delicious dessert waiting for us when we finish!

Ingredients

  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1 c
    self rising flour
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 can(s)
    peaches, not drained
  • 1 can(s)
    peaches, drained
  • opt.
    vanilla ice cream or yogurt

How to Make Easy Peach Cobbler

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Put butter in 9x13 cake pan and place in oven to melt butter.
  2. While butter is in oven combine flour, sugar and milk to make batter.
  3. Once butter is melted remove pan from oven and pour batter oven the butter. Then pour both cans of peaches (1 left in syrup, 1 drained) over everything and put in oven.
  4. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Check periodically as baking time varies with each oven.
  5. Let cool & serve warm with yogurt or vanilla ice cream!
