This little treat has a cream cheese and nut filling with a slight coffee flavor in the center of a crescent roll. It's then drizzled with melted chocolate,what a nice little bundle of joy this is. The best part is these Chocolate Cream Cheese Crescents are made with crescent rolls from the refrigerated section of your grocery store. They are very easy to make, the baking time after assembled is about 15 minutes. Need a quick delicious dessert in a hurry, this little number is it!

Ingredients For chocolate cream cheese crescents

  • 1/4 c
    powdered sugar
  • 4 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    coffee flavored liqueur or cooled strong coffee
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/4 c
    finely chopped macadamia nuts ( or whatever you have on hand)
  • 1 eight oz
    can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • GLAZE
  • 1/4 c
    semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp
    shortening or vegetable oil
