organic applesauce

I make my own applesauce to use in recipes and to enjoy with meals. It's easy to make using a food mill that separates the seeds and skin. If you don't have a food mill you can just peel, core and clean the apples and mash them manually or in a food processor. It's a great way to use extra apples! I have included a link for an Applesauce Cake as well! Enjoy!
