    bananas
  • 1/3 c
    apple sauce
  • 1/4 c
    almond / oat milk /or - rice milk
  • 2 c
    rolled oats
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 c
    raisins / crasins / or blueberry crasins

How To Make diet snack bars

  • 1
    Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. I put it in a 8x8 cake pan.
