I needed an easy cobbler recipe, searched the site and finally came up with this one, combining pieces and parts of two of them.

  • 3/4 c
  • 3/4 c

    blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1/2 c
  • 2 Tbsp

How to Make Blueberry Cobbler, My Way


  1. Crust: Sift flour and baking powder together, add sugar and milk, mix well and pour into 9 x 13 baking dish with 2 tablespoons butter melted in it.
  2. Filling: Mix sugar and cornstarch in saucepan, stir in berries and water. Heat to boiling,stirring constantly. Continue boiling and stirring one minute.
  3. Gently pour filling over entire surface of crust. DO NOT STIR. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
