1-1/4 call purpose flour

1-1/4 ccake flour

1 tspcinnamon

1/4 tspcardamon

1/4 tspcloves

1 csoftened butter

3/4 cfirmly packed brown sugar

turbinado sugar for sprinkling
How To Make peberkiks

1Preheat oven to 350 degreees F. Combine the dry ingredients and set aside. Cream butter, sugar, and egg until light and fluffy, Add dry ingredients to butter mixture and stir until well mixed. Pack into a cookie press and spritz away. Then sprinkle with a little turbinado or sanding sugar. Cook for about 10 minutes or until the edges just start to color. Yield 4-5 dozen.
