Ingredients

  • 8-10
    whole graham crackers
  • 1 pkg
    fudge brownie mix (13x9)
  • 2 c
    miniature marshmallows
  • 1 c
    semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2/3 c
    chopped peanuts, pecans, walnuts (optional)

How to Make Grandma's S'mores Bars (Quick & Easy)

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13x9 inch baking pan.
  2. Arrange graham crackers in a single layer in bottom of pan. Prepare brownie mix, as directed on package. Spread evenly over crackers.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. (Don't over bake.)
  4. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, marshmallows and nuts (if using). Bake for 5 more minutes, or until marshmallows are golden brown. Cool some before cutting.
