The Christmas season is in full swing already! We are having our Christmas party a week before Thanksgiving since we have such a blessed large family. So I need some different types of cookies and I came across these beautiful cookies and had to make them. And I'm so glad I did, my Aunt Bea LOVED them! Hope these find their way to your next Christmas gettogether. Enjoy!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

These molasses cookies are yummy and adorable. Soft and chewy, they're the perfect cookie for Christmas. They taste like gingerbread but not as strongly spiced. The white chocolate dip complements the ginger and spices perfectly. Sprinkles make this cookie very festive. Super easy to make, these would be great if you're going to a cookie exchange or want to make a gift.

Note: If you have an issue finding light molasses, mix a little corn syrup to cut the molasses. Test Kitchen Avatar The Test Kitchen
